Corruption
From Bhutannica
Corruption is a silent crime that is sustained by weak systems and a general lack of accountability.
Compared to most of the countries in South Asia, Bhutan is considered to be the least infected by corruption. However corruption exists and is rapidly growing. With the growth and liberalization of the Bhutanese economy, more people and businesses are interacting with companies from outside, principally from India and this has led to a spurt in the proliferation of 'bad practices' and the rise of wider forms of corruption.
